Warpaint Magazine to curate makeup masterclasses at leading trade shows
Beauty Exhibitions Ltd has announced an exciting new collaboration with Warpaint Magazine to curate a Makeup Masterclass series at its upcoming trade events.
The Warpaint Extra Makeup Stage will be held at Beauty UK (22-23 May) at the Coventry Building Society Arena, as well as Scottish Hair & Beauty (12-13 June) at the SEC in Glasgow.
During these events, visitors to the Stage can enjoy panel discussions and makeup demonstrations from professional artists. Hosted by Warpaint Magazine, the UK's only publication connecting all sides of the professional make-up industry, the stage will cover everything from editorial and theatre, creative and bridal, to fashion and bodypainting. All sessions are free to attend (with your show ticket) and with no need to reserve your seat.
Several artists have been confirmed so far for Beauty, including Kelly Odell, who will show you how to create an on-trend soft glam look suitable for most people of all ages, and Kate Monroe who will demonstrate how to produce stunning work using creative airbrush body paint.* More speakers set to appear will be announced in the coming weeks. The Warpaint Extra Makeup Stage will be situated in a newly-created area entirely dedicated to make-up at the event. Showcasing an array of established and upcoming cosmetics brands, the section will enable make-up artists and beauty students to discover what's new in the industry and get their hands on the latest launches.
