JL Aesthetics offers scalp micropigmentation training

Entrepreneur and trainer, Joseph Lanzante, is encouraging barbers and hairdressers to enrol in his professional scalp micropigmentation course.
Micropigmentation, a popular cosmetic treatment currently mostly available in beauty and aesthetics clinics, is suitable for both men and women experiencing thinning hair or who suffer with alopecia. It gives the illusion of a fuller head of hair by placing tiny pigments of ink that resemble shaved hair follicles on the scalp.
Joseph's training is targeted at barbers and hairdressers looking to expand their service offering. “The non-invasive treatments market has grown very quickly over a short space of time, and scalp micropigmentation is an area in which barbers and hairdressers can upskill to increase their profit margins,” Joseph says.
“A full head treatment can be completed in two days and can generate four times the amount of income as the same time spent cutting and styling hair,” he adds.
Micropigmentation will join Joseph's business, JL Aesthetics, which also offers training in fibroblast, facial scrubs, chemical peels, tattoo removal, hair removal, and various anti-ageing and skin rejuvenation procedures.
The company is set to open its bespoke aesthetics training academy in Hapton, designed to offer industry specialists its fully accredited CPD courses. Its goal is to enable aesthetics professionals to undertake bespoke training, becoming fully accredited to undertake micropigmentation procedures.
