CEW announces the 2017 CEW Beauty Awards winners

More than 400 CEW members and accompanying guests gathered last week to celebrate the 2017 CEW Beauty Awards, which recognise product innovation and creativity.
Sponsored by Amazon Beauty, Marks & Spencer and Philips, the 2017 Beauty Awards welcomed a record number of 87 finalists across 29 categories. This year also marked an exciting milestone for CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women), as the not-for-profit professional organisation celebrates its 25th year in the UK.
This year's presentation took place at the glamorous London Hilton on Park Lane. Winners included Elemis who scooped ‘Best New Skincare Treatment Product - Prestige' for Dynamic Resurfacing Serum and ‘Best New Everyday Facial Skincare Product' for Superfood Facial Oil.
"We're delighted Elemis has won not one, but two prestigious awards in such highly competitive categories and in one of the most coveted awards in the industry. Thank you to everyone who voted for us," commented Noella Gabriel, Co-Founder and Creator of Elemis Therapies.
Elsewhere, St. Tropez won the honour of ‘Best New Self Tan or Sun Care Product – Mass & Prestige' for their Gradual Tan Tinted Everyday Body Lotion, whilst Aromatherapy Associates broke a new CEW Beauty Awards record, taking home an incredible five awards including the prestigious Classic FM Beauty Hall of Fame award for their hero product, Deep Relax Bath & Shower Oil.
Following the presentation of the awards, CEW UK President Caroline Neville, said: "Today's event was undoubtedly one of our best; we had a record number of entries and attendance and to top it all off, the atmosphere in the room was electric. Hearing the winners announced for the first time today was so exciting for me. I always love seeing both small and established brands vying for the CEW Beauty Awards."
